4th Annual Riding For Wishes Motorcycle Event
                                     $5500   OUR BEST YEAR YET
                                         Still Helping Children Smile  

         On August 25 & 26, 2007 we held our 4th annual Riding For Wishes Motorcycle Event at Magic Mountain in Londonderry Vt. Even though it rained for the past three years we had a beautiful day with lots of SUN SHINE and continued  raising funds to benefit "The Make-A-Wish Foundation Of Vermont". This year our gross receipts totaled $5394 of which we donated $4000 to Make-A Wish. My goal is to net a $10,000 profit to send as a donation. With the continued support and generosity of everyone involved I am sure we will reach this goal.

       The overwhelming outpouring of quality donations from dozens of Vermont's businesses led to our over 100 raffle prizes offered, with items ranging from $10 to $500. We deeply appreciate the commitment that our communities tirelessly make for causes such as this. In return we ask the people who receive these wonderful items to support and express thanks to the donators that make this event possible.

    Wish Rider Motorcycle Tours thanks our sponsors this year for their huge part in this event.As in the past Magic Mountain has stepped up and donated their entire facility to this cause. Also on board this year was Clarks IGA who donated the food for our Sunday portion of the event. Thanks to FOX radio for donating air time to help promote this event as well as participating in the ride.

      As always the ones who make this event work are you, the people that continue to turn out every year regardless of the weather, and generously provide financial and moral support for the children of this cause. To these people I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are the ones that make Riding For Wishes what it is. If everyone that came this year comes next year and brings one more person with them it would not take long to reach our $10,000 goal. Let's give it a try for our 2008 ride which will be our 5th annual event.

                                                  BOOSTS TOTAL FOR KIDS  
                           "The Boston Foundation Donates For 2nd Year"

    It is with great pleasure we are able to accept for a second time a very generous grant made by an anonymous fund adviser from the Mill River Foundation Fund via The Boston Foundation. Although we have no idea who is responsible for this wonderful gift in the amount of $1500.00, the Wish Riders and The Make-A-Wish Foundation Of Vermont would like to thank you on behalf of the children of Vermont. 
     As our efforts and goals for The Riding For Wishes Motorcycle Event become more of a reality, we never fail to be amazed by the outpouring of generosity from our sponsors and contributors. For this we can never thank you enough. 
     We are pleased to announce that this brings our net total available to The Make-A-Wish Foundation Of Vermont  up to $5500.00 for 2007.
